After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, I began my insurance career with the CNA Insurance Companies as a Commercial Underwriter and now have over 32 years of experience in the insurance business. In 1997, I established our independent agency, CrossKeys Insurance, and began representing Erie, along with a few other insurance companies.
