Commercial Client Service & Hamburg Manager



Ben came to CrossKeys Insurance in August of 2020 having previously worked in customer service. Since joining CKI, Ben has earned his Property and Casualty license and as well as his Life and Health license. In 2022 he completed the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, making Ben a great resource for our commercial and personal clients. Ben was promoted to the Hamburg Office Manager in December 2025 with Tim Flynn’s retirement.
