Stephen M. Yeity, CPCU, CIC, President and Founder
Upon graduation from Penn State University, Steve began his insurance career with the CNA Insurance Companies as a Commercial Underwriter and now has over 26 years experience in the insurance business. He established CrossKeys Insurance in 1997 to represent the Erie Insurance Group. Steve actively participates in a number of organizations, insurance task forces and serves on a local board of directors. Steve can be found on the golf course, running the trail or washing his car when not in the office.
Vanessa Pagan, CISR, CPIA
Vanessa joined CrossKeys Insurance in 2004 and has been a licensed property, casualty, and Life agent since 2001. She is responsible for serving the needs of our personal lines clients as well as new client sales. Vanessa earned her CISR designation in 2008 and the CPIA designation in 2010. Vanessa is usually on the run to a youth sporting event or a musical performance when not tending to her clients needs.
Tim Flynn
Tim came to CrossKeys Insurance from the Travelers Insurance Company where he specialized in claims. Tim brings an extensive background in service and sales to our organization and is managing the Hamburg Office. Tim holds licenses in property, casualty and life insurance and is active in extreme fitness training. His plans include participating in an upcoming Mudder race.
Brad M. Coley
Brad joined CrossKeys Insurance in 2009 from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where he was a Personal Lines and Life Agent. Brad is a graduate of Kutztown University and has over twelve years experience in sales and service, the last 5 years in insurance. Brad is active coordinating several public service initiatives for the CrossKeys team, is active in several service associations and coaching youth sports in Muhlenberg Township.
Paula Borneman, CISR
Paula joined CrossKeys Insurance in 2009 to support the commercial insurance division. Paula has over 20 years experience in the business with both personal and commercial insurance. Currently she holds a certification with the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. Paula spends much of her time tending to her organic garden and helping others less fortunate.
Anne Guinther
Anne joined CrossKeys Insurance in 2010, bringing with her an underwriting background, having worked for CNA Insurance for over 17 years as a commercial underwriter. Anne, a Kutztown University graduate, is also a licensed property casualty agent who is responsible for providing administrative support in our Hamburg office in addition to servicing commercial accounts. Anne is a master gardener who harvests a variety of spices for homemade foods.
Melissa J. Papola, CISR, Administrative Assistant
Missy has been with CrossKeys Insurance since 2002 and has been a licensed property casualty agent since 2006. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reception, payment processing, client assistance, and e-file maintenance. Missy enjoys spending time in Philadelphia and rocking to Zumba in her spare time.
Michele A. Yeity, Controller
After 20+ years in the Banking industry, Michele joined CrossKeys Insurance in 2003 and has been a licensed property casualty agent since 2006. She is responsible for bookkeeping, banking, payroll, and other back office functions of the business. When not working, Michele can be found swimming or running while she prepares for her first tri-athalon.
